SD2000 from circuit diagram? was created by jungleb0y0124
Just wondering if anyone has built the SD2000 using the circuit diagram in the downloads?

You could but you have to remember that in the circuit none of the decoupling caps for the IC's are shown. Also there may be mistakes on IC part numbers due to not updating. As it is though in theory it would function. The problems would be the ground planes (mostly positive battery ground but also both!) and layout. Nothing that someone with a reasonable knowledge of logic and amplifier circuitry would be able to overcome.

Personally if I was to build one I would not use the power supply circuitry and design it completely from scratch.

Hope this answer is informative...

Hey there Ismael,
Do you say that there may be mistakes in the IC part numbers because the manufacture may have updated or made the part on the schematic obsolete or is there some other reason?

Also why would you not use the power supply that they used too noisy too bulky better options now?

hi guys just wondering if someone can point me to the circuit or send me a circuit I am trying to fix my 2100 but thought even a 2000 circuit would help a lot
thanks
Ron
