I have been meaning to do this for a while but never got around to it. (Sorry). But here they are.
First is a picture of the layout of the Regulator/Enhancer (DAE) battery connection box for those that want to make it:
The next few photos are of the different DD/Mono switches that I have come across. All except the last one are similar and act the same.
This nex one is the one I use and was designed by TJ in Geraldton for use mainly with a Salt Coil. On his machine this switch really sings. Mine doesn't perform as good but I suspect my 14" Coiltek Salt coil is faulty. 
The resistor is a 10 ohm .5watt or 1W.
